Flyer design

Listen & Learn

CLIENT - ASSIGNMENT - GOAL

For this project, I collaborated with Listen & Learn, an innovative company that transforms written study materials into audio content. Their goal is to make studying more accessible and efficient, especially for students who prefer listening over reading.

The assignment was to design a promotional flyer that would introduce the company to students, for example at colleges and universities. The flyer needed to stand out, spark curiosity, and clearly explain what Listen & Learn offers.

The objective was to increase brand awareness and immediately attract new listeners through a bold and engaging design.

CHALLENGES - MY ROLE - PROCESS

The biggest challenge in this project was the absence of an existing brand identity or logo. This meant I had few guidelines to follow and had to start from scratch in terms of look and feel. While this provided a lot of freedom, it also required extra creativity and focus.

As the graphic designer, I was responsible for the entire design. I began by gathering visual inspiration, specifically focused on the world of students, educational communication, and audio-related branding.

Based on that, I developed a style direction that felt fresh, modern, and slightly techy, matching the target audience and the innovative nature of the product. The flyer had to clearly communicate what Listen & Learn does, without being too loud, but still with visual impact.

RESULTS - IMPACT - REFLECTION

The final result was a striking, trendy flyer with a clear message and contemporary look. The flyer was distributed through educational institutions and other relevant channels, and the company reported that they gained more listeners directly after the campaign.

The client was pleasantly surprised by the design and even considered developing a complete visual identity based on the flyer.

For me, this was an educational project because I had to create a visual story from scratch, without any existing branding, drawing inspiration directly from the content itself. Additionally, it was interesting to get an insight into an industry I wasn’t familiar with. Audio as a study tool? I'm a fan!
